XL 25 Acrylic Finish

As a highly versatile extended-wear floor sealer/finish, XL 25 Gloss Floor Finish provides durable protection without creating unwanted build-up. It is formulated with exclusive micro-molecular technology that allows easy maintenance and exceptional film clarity.

WHERE TO USE

XL 25 Gloss Floor Finish offers a variety of surface applications including VCT, Linoleum, Terrazzo, Rubber, Asbestos Tile, Asphalt Tile, Concrete, Sealed Wood and other resilient floors. Non-resilient floors such as Marble may require testing for adhesion.

DIRECTIONS

PREPARATION: Seal off areas to be stripped or finished. Floors may be very slippery until dry. Prior to application, floors should be completely stripped of old finish and neutralized. Floors should be completely dry before applying first coat and all subsequent coats. Do not use an air mover or fan to dry finish.

Intersept® is an antimicrobial preservative that protects the cured floor finish against a broad spectrum of bacteria and fungi, including odor - and stain-causing microorganisms.

Intersept® is registered with the EPA and meets stringent certification standards set by the three most recognized testing protocols related to indoor environmental quality – the State of Washington Protocol, CRI Green Label and GSA Antimicrobial Certification. Yet, despite its proven ability as a microbial inhibiting preservative, Intersept® is low in toxicity and contains no arsenic, heavy metals, phenols or formaldehyde.
