XL APC All Purpose Cleaner

XL APC is an all purpose cleaner that can be mopped, sponged or auto scrubbed.

WHERE TO USE

XL APC offers a variety of applications including use on VCT tile, ceramic tile, walls, stone, coated hardwood floors, plastic or any washable surface.

APPLICATION

INITIAL MAINTENANCE: After installation of new floor covering, use diluted XL APC following the mixing directions below. Scrub floor with standard rotary floor machine or automatic scrubbing machine and applicable abrasive pad. Rinse thoroughly and apply one of the XL HS floor finishes for desired look.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: Use XL APC for routine mopping or auto scrubbing on soiled areas as needed.

RESTORATIVE CLEANING: XL APC may be used for very aggressive cleaning. Apply liberal amount of diluted solution to soiled area. Allow to dwell, then agitate solution with rotary floor machine or automatic scrubber. Remove slurry with extraction machine or wet vacuum. Rinse the floor thoroughly with fresh water.

MIXING DIRECTIONS

INITIAL MAINTENANCE: Use 1/2 to 1 ounce per 1 gallon cold water.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: Use 1 to 2 ounces per 1 gallon cold water.
RESTORATIVE CLEANING: Use 2 to 4 ounces per 1 gallon cold water.
