XL FS Floor Stripper
XL FS Floor Stripper is a highly concentrated stripper for top scrubbing through heavy stripping. High speed stripper that easily cuts through multi-layers of burnished floor finish. Low foaming, and short dwell time make this product a must for all professional floor care systems.
WHERE TO USE
XL FS Floor Stripper is formulated for the rapid removal of all floor finishes and waxes from resilient flooring including: vinyl, vinyl asbestos, vinyl composition, asphalt tiles. Also ideal for finished non-resilient such as: terrazzo, marble, ceramic, quarry tile, concrete, and poured epoxy flooring.
Mixing Directions
Top Scrubbing: Use 2 ounces per 1 gallon cold water.
Light Stripping: Use 16 ounces per 1 gallon cold water.
Medium Stripping: Use 32 ounces per 1 gallon cold water.
Heavy Stripping: Use 64 ounces per 1 gallon cold water.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Mop properly diluted solution on floor, allow to stand for 5-10 minutes (Do not allow mixed stripping solution to dry on floor). Scrub with rotary floor machine as needed to remove finish. Remove slurry with extraction machine or wet vacuum. Rinse floor thoroughly with fresh water. Allow floor surface to dry. Apply one of the XL HS floor finishes for desired look.
SPECIAL CARE: Check for color stability in floor before use. XL FS is not recommended for asphalt tiles or older linoleum tiles. Floor dye migration may occur.
