PROBLEM:

Quaternary walkoff is an issue seen more and more frequently in healthcare facilities. It occurs when floors cleaned with quaternary disinfectants are not properly rinsed.

SOLUTION:

It can’t be fixed.

PROBLEM:

This is caused by years of not cleaning the VCT before burnishing.

SOLUTION:

It has to be completely stripped.

 

Can the carpet variations be repaired?
Can the carpet variations be repaired on these phased job?

 

PROBLEM:

Subtle changes in tension during tufting over a few years’ time can bring the colors to a different appearance vs the field.

SOLUTION:

No cleaning or maintenance will fix the differences in the two separate phases.
