The catastrophic floods from Hurricane Harvey that occurred in the Houston area and throughout neighboring communities in late August directly impacted many customers and employees of Professional Flooring Supply, an XL North partner. Harvey’s flooding caused one of the worst weather disasters in U.S. history with many homes and businesses in the affected areas swamped by floodwaters.

Because drying out from this type of disaster can be a lengthy challenge, XL North and PFS donated four pallets of Vital Oxide to impacted customers for their own personal use to help facilitate the clean up process in water damaged homes and offices. Vital Oxide, an EPA registered disinfectant and sanitizer, kills bacteria and eliminates mold, mildew and odors with the power of Chlorine Dioxide.

As Hurricane Harvey clean up efforts continue, XL North wishes everyone in these areas a speedy and successful recovery.
