Bill Luallen is the Director of Technical Services for XL North, a division of Textile Rubber and Chemical Company. He is the current IICRC CCMT TAC Chair and also the former Vice Chair of the RFMT. He participates on many panels and boards including the CRI 204/205 Carpet Maintenance and Cleaning Standards. When Bill is not traveling to work with customers or talking on the phone, he spends all his down time with his wife Cynthia of 30 years, outside enjoying this beautiful world.

XL North partner Vital Solutions provided us with a guideline for using Vital Oxide® in the cleaning and disinfecting of 2019 Novel Coronavirus (nCoV) contamination in commercial, institutional, and home environments. Please note this guide may be superseded by local regulations.

Vital Oxide has demonstrated effectiveness against viruses similar to 2019-nCoV on hard non-porous surfaces. Therefore, this product can be used against 2019-nCoV when used in accordance with the directions for use against Norovirus Feline Calicivirus** and Canine Parvovirus, Strain Cornell-780916, ATCC VR-2016** on hard, non-porous surfaces.

Refer to the CDC website for additional information. Vital Oxide currently has an EPA approved claim for Feline coronavirus (Strain WSU 79-1683, ATCC VR 989**) and Canine coronavirus (Strain 1-71, ATCC VR-809**).
