We previously announced that the IICRC Commercial Carpet Maintenance Technician (CCMT) Course and Certification Exam was in the process of being revised. Our own Bill Luallen is serving as chair of the Technical Advisory Committee overseeing the process and he recently provided an update.
“Great news from the CCMT committee! We have completed the initial revision to the existing examination along with creating a 120+ page text book full of the most up to date reference materials available to the floor care industry. The exam and text book have been reviewed by members of the IICRC Education Committee and peer reviewed by current CCMT instructors. We are currently addressing their comments and will soon be creating the presentation and doing some beta classes. We will continue to keep you up-to-date!”
