XL APC All Purpose Cleaner

XL APC is a highly concentrated formula. Post installation of new floor covering, use diluted XL APC (following the mixing directions below).

Directions

Scrub floor with standard rotary floor machine or automatic scrubbing machine and applicable abrasive pad or brushes. Rinse thoroughly and apply one of the XL floor finishes for desired look.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE:

Use XL APC for routine mopping or auto scrubbing on soiled areas as needed.

RESTORATIVE CLEANING:

XL APC may be used for very aggressive cleaning.

1. Apply liberal amount of diluted solution (following the mixing directions below) to soiled area.
2. Allow approx 10-15 minutes to dwell.
3. Agitate solution with rotary floor machine or automatic scrubber applicable abrasive pad or brushes.
4. Remove slurry with extraction machine or wet vacuum.
5. Rinse the floor thoroughly with fresh water.

MIXING DIRECTIONS

INITIAL MAINTENANCE:

Use 2-4 ounce per 1 gallon cold water.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE:

Use 1 to 2 ounces per 1 gallon cold water.

RESTORATIVE CLEANING:

Use 4 to 6 ounces per 1 gallon cold water.

Normal application of cleaning solution is approx 250-350 sf per gal.
